• Think ABC:-Airway, Breathing and Circulation- to remember the steps for CPR.
• AIRWAY: Clean the airway.
• Breathing: Breathe for the person with mouth-to-mouth breathing or mouth-to-mouth breathing
• CIRCULATION:Restore blood circulation With chest compression.

 

• New Guidelines for Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation(CPR)

Now ABC changed to CAB. Serious injuries like Drowning, Suffocation, Cardiac arrest, Electrocution and other emergencies. A First Aider should act quickly and calmly. Remove the danger or remove the casulaty from the Danger. Then place the casualty to a safer place. Check Responsiveness. If no response found, start immediately 30 chest compressions and mouth-to-mouth ventilation. Continue for 5 cycles and take casulaty to nerby Hospital immediately.
